Our story
Tax prep that speaks your language.
Intaxion was born from the real, daily frustration small tax preparer offices face every season — and a decision to fix it.
The problem we saw
Every tax season, small preparers lose hours chasing clients for missing documents, repeating questions over text and WhatsApp, translating forms by hand, and stitching together a half-dozen tools just to get one return ready to file.
The big firms have portals. They have workflows. They have staff. But a two-person office serving a bilingual community? They get by on PDFs, phone calls, and sheer willpower. The tools that exist are either too expensive, too complex, or English-only.
We know this because we’ve seen it again and again — in industry forums, in Facebook groups for tax preparers, and in conversations with small-office preparers serving bilingual communities.
Where Intaxion comes from
Intaxion started as a focused response to a problem that kept showing up in preparer communities: small offices serving Spanish-speaking clients were stitching together expensive, English-only tools that weren’t designed for how they actually work.
Not another all-in-one platform. Not a generic CRM with tax branding bolted on. A focused, bilingual intake and document workflow system that does the one thing small offices struggle with most: getting complete, organized client information before the return even starts.
The product was shaped by research in preparer forums and online communities, and by conversations with working preparers who shared what their day actually looks like. The feedback was consistent: they didn’t want more software — they wanted fewer subscriptions, less chasing, and something their Spanish-speaking clients could actually use.
What we believe
Small tax offices shouldn’t need to spend $150 a month across five tools to do what one focused product can handle. Your clients shouldn’t have to struggle through an English-only portal when they think in Spanish. And you shouldn’t spend your evenings texting clients for the same W-2 you asked for last week.
We believe in narrow tools that do their job well. Intaxion handles bilingual intake, document collection, missing-item tracking, and preparer workflow — and it replaces the stack of subscriptions you’re currently paying for to do those things separately.
Security from day one
Intaxion was designed with security and IRS compliance from day one. We implement multi-factor authentication on every account, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and maintain complete audit logs. Your clients' data shouldn’t live in software built without security — that’s why every account requires MFA, every data center is SOC 2 Type II certified, and every action is logged for audit.
One subscription. Six tools replaced.
Most small offices are paying $100–170/month across separate tools. Intaxion consolidates them at $49/month.

Who Intaxion is for
Intaxion is built for small, independent tax preparer offices — especially those serving bilingual or Spanish-dominant communities. If you’re a solo preparer or a small team (1–10 staff), if your clients prefer Spanish, if you’re tired of paying for tools that don’t talk to each other, Intaxion was designed for you.
We’re not trying to be everything for everyone. We don’t do bookkeeping, payroll, or tax calculations. We do the intake and document workflow piece — the part that eats your time — and we do it in both languages, on mobile, from a single link you send your client.
