The workflow we are addressing
Client answers, uploaded documents, missing-item reminders, and review notes can end up spread across forms, messages, and separate office tools. That makes the next action harder to see.
When a client prefers Spanish, an English-only intake path can add another handoff. Intaxion focuses on keeping the client-facing and office-facing workflow available in both languages.
The Founder Pilot is designed to test this workflow with working offices. Intaxion is pre-customer, and we do not claim customer outcomes we have not measured.
Where Intaxion comes from
Intaxion started with a focused product question: how can a small office organize intake and documents for English- and Spanish-preferring clients without replacing its tax software?
The answer we are testing is a focused bilingual intake and document workflow: collect information, receive files, identify missing items, and prepare the packet for office review before tax preparation begins.
The current product direction is pre-customer. Demos and owner-approved pilots should determine which parts of the workflow are useful enough to keep, change, or remove.
What we believe
Small offices should be able to see intake, document, and follow-up status without promising that software can replace professional judgment. Clients should be able to use the intake path in the language that works for them.
Intaxion is designed as a narrow workflow layer for bilingual intake, document collection, missing-item tracking, communication, and office review. It works alongside the office's tax-preparation system.

Who Intaxion is for
Intaxion is being built for small, independent tax preparer offices, especially those serving bilingual or Spanish-preferring communities. The working audience is a solo preparer or a small team of roughly one to eight preparers.
Intaxion does not perform bookkeeping, payroll, or tax calculations. It supports the intake and document workflow before preparation, in English and Spanish, through a mobile-friendly client path.
